Don’t forget, Record Store Day is this Saturday, April 19th!

During the Amoeba Music Press Conference that announced this year’s Record Store Day, Chuck D (2014 RSD Ambassador) explained why record stores – and the culture within them – are so important to the industry: “A record store is sort of like a college course for musician and fan alike…Record store personnel are also like curators. That’s important too.”

In honor of the event, we are hosting a contest with some great vinyl prizes. All you have to do is let us know what you or your station has planned for this year’s Record Store Day.
