Papercuts Going for Adds

San Francisco’s Papercuts is the multifaceted singer / songwriter / producer Jason Quever. His latest effort on Life Among the Savages offers up a unique blend of baroque, chamber, and psych-pop; resulting in Quever’s most precise production to date.
