Earth Like Planets Making an Impression at CMJ

Los Angeles-based artist Brian Cooper‘s psych  project Earth Like Planets is taking off at CMJ. Stations like KUGS, KVRX, WDWN, WGLS, and WSUR charted the debut EP this week. A review Disaster Amnesiac called “his scientific / philosophical / speculative lyrics” “intriguingly off beat and fascinating.” The self-titled release takes the listener into a hypnotic and introspective journey with its drony keys, pulsing drum machine, and haunting vocals.
