Alpine Debuts Video with Stereogum, Shares Bonus Track in NYLON interview – Going for New CMJ Peak

Stereogum has the new video for “Damn Baby,” the third single from Alpine‘s new album Yuck. But while the previous singles, “Foolish” and “Come On,” have been soothing and smooth, the site calls “Damn Baby” “a loud and brassy feel-good song… full of upbeat pop sensibilities.” See the minimalist black-and-white video, which features the Australian six-piece having fun together, here.

The band recently talked with NYLON, telling the magazine about their origins, their friendships, their backstage rituals, and the “bloody excellent” music scene in Melbourne that they describe as “very supportive and friendly.” NYLON also has an exclusive bonus track from Yuck, “Bold Digger,” which Alpine describes as “a bizarre love song to Bruce Willis.” Read the interview, and check out the track, here.
