Rogue Wave Talks With American Songwriter, Reaches New CMJ Peak

American Songwriter has a lengthy interview with Rogue Wave, a band the site calls “one of the best things to rise from the ashes of the dot-com bubble.” In the interview, frontman Zach Rogue explains how he got into songwriting: “I was in college and some of my friends would ask me to play some of the ideas I was messing with in my room. I remember being sort of stunned that they wanted me to play them something I had made up. It was really something that was more for me. I had never really viewed it as something for someone else to hear.” Later in the interview, he shares his list of inspirational songwriter and confesses to wanting to collaborate with Kendrick Lamar. Check it out here.

Delusions of Grand Fur, the new LP from Rogue Wave, had another great week at CMJ and hopped into the Top 30 after a Top 40 debut last week. Thanks for all of the support, and please keep it spinning!
