SF Chronicle Says Nico Muhly & Teitur Are “Wonderfully Unpredictable”

In a recent review, The San Francisco Chronicle praises Nico Muhly & Teitur‘s Confessions as “wonderfully unpredictable.” Teitur’s vocal delivery is “invested with awkward emotional resonance,” writes the paper, while composer “Muhly’s trademark blend of Renaissance England and Glassian minimalism makes a perfect partner for the sandpapery expressivity of Teitur’s singing.” Read the review here.
