The Deli and Clash Music Feature Two Different Bangers by Happy Hollows

The Deli has the video for “Feel The Moon,” one of many synth-filled jams on Happy Hollows’ new LP Concordia. “The post punk duo were always quite adept,” the site says, “at refreshing the rhythmic thrust of eighties new wave with a more joyful anthemic thrust, but not without considering the gloom that also surrounds it… [‘Feel The Moon’ is] a synth-driven stomper with a krautrock bent that also reminds us of Sarah Negahdari‘s spellbinding vocal delivery.” Check out the video right here.

Clash Music has an audio stream of “On The Wave,” another standout from the collection. Writes Clash, “It’s a hazy piece of disco-inflected noir pop that occupies its own startlingly inventive realm… A free-wheeling slice of utterly creative pop music.” Hear that track here.
