The Barr Brothers Talk with The AU and Begin North American Tour

Though the band won’t be making their way Down Under anytime soon, The Barr Brothers did recently give an interview to Australian website The AU in which they discussed their new album Queens Of The Breakers. According to Brad Barr, “The biggest inspiration behind this record was our own quest for inspiration. Where that search took us – geographically, emotionally, humorously, instrumentally, poetically, collectively, individually –  became our inspiration.” Read the whole thing here.

The Barr Brothers might not be going to Australia, but fortunately they’ve plotted a month-long North American tour starting next week. They’re fresh off a European support tour with The War on Drugs, so they’re bound to be in top form when they hit the stage. See them here:
