Sam Amidon Performs At Yellow Couch Studios

Sam Amidon appeared on two different records we worked last year – his own LP, The Following Mountain, and Kronos Quartet’s Folk Songs. The multi-faceted musician also recently stopped by Yellow Couch Studio in Pittsburg to record a few songs, including two from The Following Mountain. “I’ve been a fan of Sam’s music for quite a while now,” says Yellow Couch’s Steven Foxbury, “and those two [Amidon is joined by multi-instrumentalist Chris Vatalaroput in the videos] put on one hell of a show.” Watch the session here.
