Anywhere Gets Press Shouts From Around The Indie Rock World

Anywhere II is out, and people are excited. The project, devised by Christian Eric Beaulieu (Triclops!) and Cedric Bixler Zavala (The Mars Volta, At The Drive In), features guests like Dale Crover, Mike Watt, and Nirvana’s Krist Novoselic. Released on vinyl for record store day, this second LP is now available on streaming services and is at radio looking for NACC debuts.

Since its release, Anywhere II has gotten great press from outlets like Pitchfork (here), Consequence of Sound (which streamed the LP, here), SPIN (here), and so many more. Substream reviewed the set, writing here that it’s “a hybrid of acid-punk energy, oozed through open tuning and torqued Eastern ragas, Anywhere ll quickly becomes a truly mushrooming experiment of guerrilla-graduate art school mayhem, and the odyssey of this second full-length is a major hallucinatory thesis.”
