HowsYourProcessWorkCoverLos Angeles-based Dot Hacker has just released the first part of their sophomore album, titled, How’s Your Process? (Work). This highly anticipated release is to be followed by a second part, How’s Your Process? (Play), out October 7th. Dot Hacker features current Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist Josh Klinghoffer as the lead vocalist and guitarist. Klinghoffer, along with members Clint Walsh and Eric Gardner, formed the band after touring with Gnarls Barkley, and were subsequently joined by Hella bassist Jonathan Hischke. With a group of musicians with such an eclectic sonic background, each track on How’s Your Process? (Work) is wholly unique. Dot Hacker‘s sound, which is “built on a foundation of bold, manipulated tones and supported by lush eclectic textures and angular rhythm,” is captured at its best in their latest release.
