Punch Brothers on WNYC Soundcheck

It’s been a great week for bluegrass quintet, Punch Brothers.  First of all, it was announced last week that their new album, Antifogmatic, debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Heatseekers Chart of artists never before in the Top 100.  The band also ranked #2 on the Folk chart and the Bluegrass chart (where they were one slot behind Dierks Bentley’s album, which actually includes a performance by Punch Brothers).

While the band was in NYC last week for their highly anticipated show at Music Hall of Williamsburg, Punch Brothers stopped by the famous public radio stationWNYC to play a few songs from the new album live in the studio.  You can listen to their set on WNYC’s Soundcheck here.
