Dr. John at the New Orleans Jazz Fest
This last weekend marked the start of the New Orleans Jazz Fest and Dr. Johnwas there to celebrate the success of his new album with his hometown. “Cuts from his new, Dan Auerbach-produced Locked Down LP were the focus of the set – the catchy tune ‘You Lie’ was a highlight, as was the lead single‘Revolution’“, said Rolling Stone of his performance. At the close of the weekend, Dr. John also sat in during Bruce Springsteen‘s set to help lead in a cover of “Something You Got”.
