New Music from Tarmac Adam – Digital Servicing Only

Tarmac Adam began its musical journey back in 2003. Featuring the rhythm section of Paul Hester and Nick Seymour from Crowded House, the album became an underground cult favorite on both sides of the Pacific Ocean. It received airplay on several outlets in the US without ever having been released in America.

The new album The History Effect continues the lush, sonic legacy of the debut, but with even deeper, more charismatic sound. The band’s core consists of Matt O’Donnell and Steve Paix. They are joined again by Nick Seymour on bass, and a list of guest performers. The record doesn’t see its release until the end of February. Enjoy the opening track from the album, “Chalk on Slate”, which you can download below.
