John Vanderslice‘s new album Dagger Beach debuted at #53 on the CMJ charts this week. In this interview with Just Off The Radar he speaks about how one of the album’s highlights, “How The West Was Won” was born out of a mistake during the recording process. He also chats about his “obsessive” interest in David Bowie and Radiohead, his record collection, and how he can’t stand colored vinyl.
