John Vanderslice – KEXP & KMET Features – New Peak at CMJ

After reaching a new peak at #39 this past week at CMJ with Dagger Beach, John Vanderslice has proven himself yet again with his well received new album. His song “How The West Was Won” earned “Song of the Day” at KEXP a couple weeks ago because of its “metaphor for the push-and-pull relationship at hand” in tandem with a “groove” that slowly evolves into a “pure drive.” John also earned an Artist Spotlight with KMET Radio last week, providing the listener with “inspiration to bring us back up.” Dagger Beach has gotten nothing but incredible reviews and its inspirational and powerful songs are something you can’t miss.
