Howlin Rain Performs “Coliseum” with Meg Baird for FLOOD Magazine

“Coliseum” is a cold and lonely song off San Francisco eccentric Howlin Rain‘s fourth album, Mansion Songs. FLOOD Magazine premiered the song last month and described it as, “A delicate and heartbreaking stripped-down folk track about dealing with disappointment”. Recorded at The Mansion (Ty Segall, Mikal Cronin, and Thee Oh Sees) with Eric Bauer, the album chronicles frontman / songwriter Ethan Miller at his most vulnerable – both as an artist and a person. The album has been charting at Radio 200 for 2 weeks in a row, and is looking to reach a new peak next week! Listen to the track via FLOOD here, & watch a performance of the song with Meg Baird (Drag City).
