Buxton US and SXSW Tour – Going for New Peak at CMJ

Buxton’s third release Half A Native is a record of growth and progress. Buxton was born and raised in Houston, but made the trek out to Los Angeles to work with fabled producer/engineer Thom Monahan (Devendra Banhart, Vetiver, Beachwood Sparks, Jonathan Wilson). The shift helped Buxton to craft their most realized album to date, a work of psych-infused jangle rock stripped down to its Texas roots. The record is just outside of reaching a new all-time peak at CMJ. Give it a push for your charts for this week!

Currently on tour, don’t miss your chance to see the dusty down-home band!
