Last week saw the release of the debut full-length album from Mississippi quintet Young Buffalo. Although the band has been writing songs for a decade now, it took a move to Seattle label Votiv to finally bring a full batch of their frantic indie rock jams to life. The album is called House and it is now streaming online in full on Spin Magazine. Spin had this to say about Young Buffalo: “Falling somewhere between Mikal Cronin, the Beach Boys, and ‘Reptilia’-era Strokes…They’ve got an effervescent brand of pop/rock to lift spirits after a long day”. Check out that full stream of House here and give Young Buffalo a debut this week!
