The Line Of Best Fit Praises Vetiver’s “Complete Strangers” – Announces June and August Tour Dates

“A true antidote to everything gauche, obvious and boring about modern guitar music, Vetiver’s latest… should be caught between the thumb and forefinger, held up to the light, investigated and treasured,” reads the last paragraph of Michael James Hall’s review of Complete Strangers in The Line of Best Fit. Hall is effusive throughout the review, casting the new album from Andy Cabic and company in contrast with what he dubs “arena indie” while expressing his fears that the album will slip through the cracks due to its tastefulness and unassuming nature.
