Young Empires on The Fader – “So Cruel” Video Premiere – On Tour Now

Young Empires have been entrancing listeners with two singles from their upcoming full-length debut. Fader recently premiered the danceable pop track “So Cruel,” and described the single as “pure, smooth electro-pop bliss, sounding as much like an after-hours crash of a tune as it does something you’d throw on while getting ready to paint the town red.”

The band also just released an interactive music video for “So Cruel” that transports you to a dark, mist-shrouded world. In the video, lead siner Matt Vlahovich follows a mysterious woman through various levels of a strange, white-painted club. Viewers can click through the different floors, take on different perspectives, and watch the cinematic scenes in various rooms. Check it out here.
