Tobias the Owl is Reviewed by the Northwest Music Scene

Elijah Dhawan, the man behind Tobias the Owl, is known throughout his adopted home in the Pacific Northwest. He was named “Best Songwriter” by the Seattle Sound in 2014, helped curate an acoustic music festival in Olympia, and collaborated with musicians around the region. So it’s only appropriate that his new album, Painting Zeros By Your Name, was reviewed by Northwest Music Scene.
