Record Store Day Is This Saturday!

This Saturday, April 16, marks this year’s edition of Record Store Day, an annual celebration of independent stores all around the world that champion vinyl. This is a day for the people who make up the world of the record store — the staff, the customers, and the artists — to come together and celebrate the unique culture of a record store and the special role these independently owned stores play in their communities. As with every year’s event, RSD 2016 will be marked by local events at record stores as well as special re-issues and new releases by a stunning array of artists including David Bowie, Outkast, Johnny Cash, and Metallica.
