Devendra Banhart Announces US Tour

Devendra Banhart released his critically-acclaimed ninth album, Ape In Pink Marble, earlier this year. Produced with the same team with whom he created his Nonesuch Records debut Mala in 2013, Ape In Pink Marble is influenced by Japanese koto music as well as Brazilian tropicália and finds the playful freak-folk pioneer in fine form on songs like “Saturday Night,” “Fig in Leather,” and “Fancy Man.” Now, he’s set to go on tour behind the album, having announced a string of dates in the early part of 2017.
