Tacocat and Fruit Bats Land On Paste’s Year End List

2016 is coming to a close, which means it’s time for critics and fans to complete their lists of favorite albums from the past year. Medium Rotation is collecting lists from around the radio world to publish on its site, and you have until December 8 to send your list to the site. Click the link here to submit your Top Ten!

Paste Magazine has compiled a genre-straddling Top Fifty, and it includes a couple of different A man A plan A canal artists: Fruit Bats, whose Absolute Loser bows at #49, and Tacocat, who come in at #27 with Lost Time. Paste says Absolute Loser is “as cohesive and strong top to bottom as anything frontman Eric D. Johnson has made,” while Lost Time is “filled with gem singles… just the sort of ‘90s-nostalgic pop punk the doctor ordered.” Check out the full list here!
