Groundsounds and Buzzbands Feature Greyface

Greyface’s new album Greyola has been featured on Groundsounds, which talked to the band’s guitarist Ryan Malina about the LP. According to Malina, the band didn’t come together initially with the idea of making an album, but the trio had such a natural chemistry that Greyola came together organically. Read the feature here to learn more.

Quoted on the site, the band’s bassist/singer Jutty Taylor describes the sound of the record thusly: “I think we unconsciously channeled the ghosts of ’90s alternative rock radio — a latent affection probably due to us all growing up in Florida, pre-internet. The ‘more is more’ approach to guitars and vocals made for a lot of late night fun.”
