Relix has a review of Kuroma‘s The Dark Horse Rides Again.

“[Bandleader] Hank Sullivant’s Catholic conversion looms large over Kuroma’s fourth LP—but not in the way you might expect,” the site contends. “Instead of plastering his psychedelic pop with grandiose church organs and pompous choirs, he’s channeled that newfound spiritual freedom into lyrics that equate the ordinary with the divine.”
