The 405 Premieres darkDARK’s Stunning “Shelter”

The 405 has the video premiere of darkDARK‘s “Shelter.” The clip is presented in 360 VR, so get out your Google Cardboard to see it in all of its glory. If you don’t have Cardboard, you can at least enjoy the dulcet vocals and thumping synths that make the song so special. “Featuring a bombastic mix of vintage and modern synthesizers, serving as the perfect accompaniment for Genevieve Vincent‘s stunning vocals,” the site writes, “‘Shelter’ is one of the year’s most satisfying singles. The chorus — ‘I keep trying to take shelter, shelter’ — has a simplistic, anthemic quality that makes it instantly unforgettable. Couple this with the beautiful arpeggiating synthesizers, and you have a song that will latch itself onto your brain in all the best ways.” Enjoy the jam, and the magnificent visuals, below, and read the whole premiere here.
“Shelter” is the final track on darkDARK’s debut EP Heathered, which is currently on the NACC Top 200 chart for the second week in a row!
