CHAPPO Talks With Bedford and Bowery

Last month, Bedford and Bowery premiered the single “White Noise” from CHAPPO’s new album DO IT. The blog describes the song as one that “jolts itself alive with a sliding guitar riff carrying through a groove of distorted bongos,” and it also includes a detailed interview with bandleader Alex Chappo. In the interview, he talks about the fun the band had on tour with The Flaming Lips and Mac DeMarco last year. According to Chappo, The Lips “have their crazy show that they put together that just is this insane live spectacle.” CHAPPO must not be too shabby themselves, as Wayne Coyne and company invited them out again for another tour with the Lips. That tour continues tomorrow in North Carolina:
