Michigan Rattlers Talk To The Petoskey News-Review

Evergreen, the debut LP from Michigan Rattlers, is currently at radio and aiming for spins. Before the album’s release, the band talked to The Petoskey News-Review, a newspaper in their old stomping grounds of Northern Michigan, about the band and the process behind making the album. According to the band, producer Johnny K was crucial to getting the sound they wanted. “He’s become a good friend of ours too,” bass player Adam Reed told the paper. “He was up in Petoskey for our hometown show and he brought his family and made a vacation out of it. That’s how hands-on he is. He wanted to really get to know us and our music and experience Michigan.” Read the full article here.
