The Barr Brothers Announce Full-Album Shows
The Barr Brothers have just announced some full-album shows in Canada. According to Jambands, “The Barrs will play all of their 2011 self-titled record, 2014’s Sleeping Operator and 2017’s Queens of the Breakers over the three nights” at two separate venues – one in Toronto and one in Montréal. According to the band, “Nostalgia, as a loose rule, is generally an impulse we try to avoid, or at least rely on sparingly… But when the reality sets in that a decade’s worth of music has gone down on our watch, and to have seen it unfold with the help of our amazing family of musicians and the support of such a giving audience as yourselves, we feel it’s a good time to look back and acknowledge the path we’ve traveled.” See the tour announcement here.
