AllMusic Says Deap Lips is “Required Listening”

According to Allmusic, the new collaborative LP from The Flaming Lips and Deap Vally is “required listening for anyone already invested in either band and a wild, enjoyable listen for even the uninitiated.” The self-titled debut from Deap Lips is “a collaboration that stretches outside of its contributors’ expected roles,” the site says, and the record is “perfect for repeat listens, revealing some new weird detail each time it’s revisited.” Read all about it here.
