Andrew Stogel Makes NPR’s List
Andrew Stogel’s new album American Miserable was on NPR Music‘s roundup of the best new albums out last week. See that full list here.
The new album is a brutal, playful, personal, and immersive installment from Stogel, once known as War Strings. Stogel aims to follow in the footsteps of bands like Suicide and artists like Bill Callahan and Lou Reed. “This collection is one I’d hoped I would get to make,” he says. It’s at radio now.
