Glide Magazine Premieres Francis Cheer’s “Deep End”
Even though Francis Cheer‘s new album Black White and Grey deals lyrically with challenging and sometimes-dark subject matter, the emotive LP has a spry, poppy feel throughout. Glide Magazine says that the album “really does offer bright and gloom… [it’s] musical medicine” that creates “an alternate reality from the status quo.” The magazine compares album track “Deep End” to Badfinger and Big Star, calling it an “uplifting power pop number… [with] an edgy poignant underbelly.” Listen right here.
