Penderecki and Greenwood: Four-Star Album Review on Consequence of Sound
The new collaborative album from Krzysztof Penderecki / Jonny Greenwood(Radiohead) recently received a four-star review from Consequence of Sound. The album boasts two original compositions by Greenwood which were written in response to the two Penderecki pieces that are featured which date back to the early 60’s. Consequence of Sound calls the record “one of the most ambitious albums of the year so far,” saying it “stands as a testament to [Greenwood‘s] own compositional dexterity, Penderecki’s legacy, and the pairing of old and new, chaos and creation.” Read the article here.
