Howlin Rain Reviewed on Relix – US Feb / March Tour

San Francisco’s Ethan Miller’s brainchild, Howlin Rain, received warm acclamations from Relix on their latest album, Mansion Songs. The review names the eight song record, “their best album since Miller launched the outfit nearly a decade ago.” Noting the almost tangible foils of Miller’s solo songs interplaying with the talent of the band “achieving a harrowing synthesis between intimate acoustic guitars, delicate harmonies, echoing electric guitars and lush strings”. Through this, the listener is enabled to fall in love with Miller’s raw voice meeting ripened instruments. The band is heading on the road this spring, let us know if you are interested in setting up ticket giveaways, phone interviews or instudios.
