Fool’s Gold Going for Adds

“I’m in Love” is the latest single from LA-based group Fool’s Gold. It’s the lead single from their upcoming album Flying Lessons. After extensive touring around the world, the band took time off in their respective homes in Los Angeles to focus on the 10 songs that would eventually become their newest effort. On it, you will hear the group continue to exercise their veneration of Ethiopian and Congolese music, 1980s dance beats, and colorful arrangements. Recorded during a hot, late summer season, the record was produced using all analog recording equipment including a one of a kind mixing console and 16-track 1″ tape machine formerly owned by legendary producer and musician, JJ Cale. “I’m In Love”, begins with a break beat and lifts off ever so slightly with a lilting guitar until setting its sights for the sky during the song’s uplifting chorus.
