Stereogum Ranks the Staves Among 2015’s Best, Band Shares Festival Memories with the Standard

Stereogum has included the Staves‘ If I Was in the top half of the site’s list of The 50 Best Albums of 2015 So Far. After calling the Justin Vernon-produced band “one of the greatest bands in the universe,” Deville writes that the songs on If I Was “are brutally honest and unimaginably beautiful.” Read the whole thing here.

The Staves play the UK’s hallowed Glastonbury Festival this weekend, and they recently shared some festival memories with the London Evening Standard.
