The Bird And The Bee, Featured In The New Yorker, Plays The Late Late Show

The Bird And The Bee have found success with their new Van Halen covers album. The New Yorker writes that “on the duo’s new, oddly effective Van Halen-tribute LP, Greg Kurstin’s jazz-nurtured piano replaces Eddie Van Halen‘s guitar feats, and Inara George’s serenity supplants David Lee Roth’s glorious buffoonery.” Read the spot here.

George is currently on tour as The Bird And the Bee, with Samantha Sidley and Alex Lilly in tow. While Kurstin wasn’t able to accompany her on the tour, the two did perform a few times in Los Angeles recently with Dave Grohl on drums.
