Latino USA Asks Lido Pimienta About the Making Of Miss Colombia

NPR’s Latino USA has a “How I Made It” feature on the new LP from Lido Pimienta, Miss Colombia, an album on which “she tackles issues of misogyny and anti-blackness in Latin America and beyond.” In the interview, Pimienta “talks about her love for traditional Colombian music, the story of her new album “Miss Colombia”, and how she created a song she would have liked to hear as a kid.” Check it out right here!
