Providence Journal Recommends Sunny War At Newport Folk

According to the Providence Journal, Sunny War is one of the artists to see at this year’s Newport Folk Festival. Her new album Simple Syrup, the paper writes, “exhibits a unique approach to songwriting that incorporates soul, R&B and punk into the folk realm.” Learn more here.
