The Winston-Salem Journal Highlights Jeffrey Dean Foster’s Work To Benefit The Shalom Project

I’m Starting To Bleed, the new EP from Jeffrey Dean Foster, is a fundraiser for the Shalom Project, based in Winston-Salem, NC. Foster is the program manager for the non-profit organization, which also offers medical care, a free clothing closet and food pantry, and a mentorship program to help people rise from poverty. “Everybody has a different story,” Foster recently told The Winston-Salem Journal. “There are people that are homeless, then there are people that have jobs and nice cars and whatever, but can’t afford $800 worth of insulin per month. There are so many different walks of life that come through the door.” Learn more here, and be sure to tell the story as you spin the record on your show this week.
