Block The Noise magazine recently shared Milly Raccoon’s hand-animated video for “That Girl I Left Behind Me,” one of the standout tracks on her new LP Frankincense & Myrrh, which is at radio now. The site notes that “the song’s roots can be traced back to Elizabethan England when the tune was sung by British soldiers,” and the feature includes further explanation from Milly of the song’s history.
