Leif Vollebekk Shares His “Peace of Mind”
Leif Vollebekk has released his new music video for “Peace Of Mind and says, “[The] first time I saw the Rockies I was about 11. It’s one of the few things in life that remains as immense and sublime today as it did when I first saw it. A great mountain range instils calm and peaceful feeling, much like the person that inspired this song. In keeping with this feeling, I asked Andy Mann to film someone on a road trip, throughout her entire life. It would be like our mini-version of Boyhood by Richard Linklater, through one window, looking at the Rockies. Wind blowing in her hair her whole life. Time travelling to the same moment with renewed perspective. While she changes, those mountains remain unaltered and permanent. If nothing stays the same, how can we know we’re different?” See the clip here.
