Souled American Goes Under The Radar

Souled American recently shared the story of Sanctions, their new album and first since 1996, with Under The Radar.  “We wouldn’t have been able to come back after all this time if we weren’t constantly playing. Even though we were at a distance sometimes, there was never not a Souled American,” the band’s Chris Grigoroff says.
