The People Hear GULFF in Brooklyn

GULFF‘s new self-titled album is out now. The day before it was released, the project’s Tod Lippy hosted a listening party in the “remarkable” Sound Room at Public Records in Brooklyn. Lippy shares, “The evening began with an ambient sound installation composed by GULFF’s Owain Kelly along with the projection of a single-channel video (related to our Data Center Listening Station project) featuring crowd-sourced videos of AI data centers shot by residents living near these facilities. At 8:15, Owian (via a WhatsApp video link on my laptop) and I spoke briefly about the project before the 100 or so attendees were given a preview of the entire album.” See photos from the event here.
